The Judicial Council forms available at the California Courts website (see below).

Our filing windows are open 8:00a.m. to 4:30 p.m. starting November 1, 2021.

Drop-off MAILBOX #31 is only available 4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., located in the main lobby of the courthouse. There is also an external drop-off box available 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday, except holidays.

Ensure that you have included the proper filing fee by check or money order.

*PLEASE NOTE: Always be aware of the filing deadlines.
